Assist Customers with price, availability of stock and enquiries Process sales and purchase orders including issuing delivery notes and invoicing Ensure customer’s credit facilities are approved Assist with payment queries Monitoring customers account status during commercial processing Ensuring deliveries are processed timeously Prepare written quotations including cost calculations, data sheets and drawings Handling of Branch Petty Cash and on time reconciliation for reporting purposes Taking Minutes during Branch Meetings and submitting completed minutes for all attendees REQUIREMENTS Matric or Grade 12 Equivalent qualification 2 to 3 years’ experience in an Internal Sales environment Knowledge of electrical products, Motors, Drives & Switchgear Knowledge of Switchgear application solutions will be advantageous Computer literate on Windows, MS Word and Excel.
