- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range to effectively advise customers on the best solutions for their needs.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

Requirements:- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Pastel is advantageous.
