If so, we want you to join our team our clients sales team As leaders in providing high-quality bearings and solutions to a diverse range of industries, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively.Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range to effectively advise customers on the best solutions for their needs. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through excellent service. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a proactive and professional manner, striving for swift resolution. Requirements: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or industrial setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite and Pastel is advantageous. Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 Cost to Company - Dependent on qualification and experience Only shortlisted Candidates will be contacted R 10000 - R 15000 - Monthly
