JOB SPECIFICATION Job Title Internal Sales Consultant (Signage) Reports to: Branch Manager Location: East rand salary: R Market related and commensurate on experience to start ASAP Reference JHB000065 EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, BEHAVIOURAL AND EDUCATION REQUIRED: The ideal applicant should have: Min 5 yrs. stable proven internal sales experience Proven recent experience in the Signage supplies and materials industry is a must Matric essential Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage Must have a track record in over achieving sales quota Must have good numerical aptitude Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent organizational skills are essential Good at maintaining effective relationships Deal effectively with change DUTIES: Candidates who meet the above listed criteria will be expected to perform the following task and will therefore need to produce a portfolio of evidence on the below listed duties General responsibilities (including but not limited to): Handle full internal sales function selling signage materials to walk in and prospected signage clients Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Relationship building with new customers Handling incoming calls Attend to walk in clients Identify client needs and requirements Present products that provide need satisfaction offerings Pricing and prepare quotes and sending these to clients Processing orders, quotes and invoices Arranging GRN’s & Credit notes to be passed for clients Receipts of payments Preparation of banking and daily banking of cash received, getting driver to do the banking for the day (depending on amount of cash collected on the day) Updating client information on the system Working closely with dispatch Preparing/compiling brochures, samples, pamphlets and other marketing materials for clients and sales Rep Assisting Sales Rep and Technician with queries on products to better the company growth with new products Delivering of stock to clients when drivers are short or urgent deliveries needed by clients Close sales and achieve sales quotas and working to KPI’s as set by the Branch Manager Prepare sales reports Attending to and resolving client queries and problems Assist with monthly stock takes Building, designing and preparing of stands for Sign Shows annually IMPORTANT NOTE If you meet the minimum requirements for the position as stated, please send your comprehensive CV with full description of your duties and all reasons for leaving listed together with, copies of your qualifications to candaceomnistaff.co.za or apply online at http://www.omnistaff.co.za/positions.php Applicants will be shortlisted based on the minimum requirements, as well as submission of complete documentation as mentioned above.
