Internal Sales, Invoicing and Admin Clerk - Port Elizabeth

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Telesales: Calling current clients and cold calling potential clients
  • Administration: includes but not limited to, client quotes, Sales orders, Invoicing, filing and general data
  • capturing
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Assisting walk in clients.
  • Routing of local deliveries.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative and sales experience
  • Any other work-related experience will be advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / Microsoft Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Must be confident to phone clients
