Our Client has an opportunity for an Internal Sales position at their offices in Pinetown. A leading specialist company in the steel service centre industry, specialising in cutting, bending, and rolling of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium for a variety of industrial and manufacturing purposes. Duties and requirements include but are not limited to the following: Previous experience in the metal industry, is essential A passion for sales and meeting and exceeding customer expectations by understanding the clients' needs, objectives, and challenges and providing outstanding customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential, new and existing clients. Receive, read, and understand drawings from customers and compile quotations accordingly. Attention to detail and must possess mathematical skills to ensure quotations and invoices are accurate and correct. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a bubbly personality and a positive attitude. Be a team player. Ensure all walk-in customers, incoming calls and emails and are attended to promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Able to work under pressure to ensure that quotations are submitted to customers in a timely manner. Must be computer literate with the complete Microsoft Office package.
