INTERNAL SALES POSITION - PINETOWN, KZN - Pinetown

Our Client in the Office Automation industry has a vacancy for an Internal Sales at their Head Office based in Pinetown, Durban. The successful candidate will report to the Operational Director and be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, supporting new business development efforts, and ensuring operational delivery of the organisation's products and services, proactive communicate with clients, support new business, achieving growth targets, and overseeing operational processes. The incumbent will work with various business units and making sure each department meets the needs of its clients and customers. They handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures. Account management and new business development support. Assist the new business team in attracting, quoting, and closing new deals. Facilitate the signing of new clients by meeting completion requirements and deadlines Promote sales of consumables, hardware, software, office automation, and other Green Office products. Manage toner calls and consumable release to clients. Implement tiered billing for applicable colour usage devices within CPC/MPS clients. Keep EVO client information up-to-date and complete required fields. Assist externals in updating client contacts in Evolution. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of hardware and consumable quotes. Follow the Evolution process for contracts, hardware installations, credit notes, and digital filing. Provide regular reports on toner calls, back orders, and finishing reports to the leader. Train, manage, and oversee toner administrators' work tasks. Manage pro-active toner management, toner processing, back orders, and timely delivery to customers. Handle client communication, sales quotations for consumables, tiered billing analysis, and faulty toner credits. Working with externals to make sure controls are managed effectively. Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in account management and business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Knowledge of office products, services, and related technologies. Supervisory experience is a plus. Ability to follow work processes carefully and diligently, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail in relation to customer accounts. Ability to maintain up-to-date customer relationship data, applying company CRM processes and systems. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and clients. Ability to deliver on customer expectations and service standards. Knowledge and experience in stock control processes and procedures Ability to interact with people, professional and friendly approach towards customers, colleagues and suppliers.
