Internal Sales position available at large environmental clean-up company based in Umbilo Durban Internal Sales Assistant Applicant is required to work with sales representatives and arrange operations for clients Pastel quoting, invoicing and reports, Imports and exports Applicant must be able to work in a high pressure environment Quoting and Invoicing- Linking pro forma invoices, sales quotes and delivery notes on Pastel to the tax invoice Uploading of Invoices Knowledge of Ariba Ability to understand customers accounting systems for invoicing-there are many in operation Managing Deliveries Co-ordinating drivers to make deliveries and ensuring urgent deliveries are made on time Booking transport trucks for Johannesburg and Capetown Labeling good that are being collected by courier or transporters Processing of credit notes Month End- Compiling of final sales figures for all branches Producing individual sales reps reports Product sales reports Imports/Exports - Liasing with our clearing agent Imports - Getting quotes for stock needed and placing of orders obtaining quotes for sales reps for varying products from overseas suppliers as well as quoites from clearing agents to import Exports - Co-ordinating to ensure efficient exports of international orders Handling of cash for walk in customers Processing of credit card payments Printing of job cards for Johannesburg and Capetown branches Assist Debtors Controller - Various duties Control of POD's and site sign off's and send to clients for processing of payments Minimum of 5 years Internal Sales experience with mid to large sized companies Good knowledge of Pastel accounting system is essential Salary of R12000 - R15000
