Person must be well presented and spoken with an outstanding personality - able to communicate at all levels. Min 3 year experience in Sales within the Steel and Tube Industry. Must have Steel & Tube product knowledge. Syspro experience will be an advantage. Answering incoming call and convert enquiries into sales. Handle customer complaints and queries. Capture sales enquiries / orders and monitor the info. Quote / Receiving & processing orders on Syspro. Liaise / assist and accompany External Sales staff when required.
