An asset finance broker is looking for a motivated and organized school leaver eager to begin or advance their career in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales efforts in a professional and timely manner. This position is ideal for someone energetic and eager to expand their knowledge, joining a young team that prioritizes top performance and service delivery while benefiting from the growth in their department. Lead Generation: Communicating with new prospects / clients, conducting follow ups and cold calling. Customer Engagement: Manage inbound inquiries from customers, providing detailed product information and addressing any questions or concerns. Sales Support: Assist the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements: School-leaver with a Grade 12 certificate. Fluent in English Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Problem-Solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work. Attention to detail. Willingness to learn. Experience: Grade 12 Previous part-time employment advantageous. Monthly Basic Salary: R6000.00 Monthly Commission
