Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team, based in Port Elizabeth.

Successful candidate will play a critical role in developing sales strategies for existing customers as well as to attract new clients.

Minimum Requirements:-

Matric
Advanced levels of computer proficiency including the full suite of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of steel products
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as an internal sales representative at a medium to large manufacturing concern
Must be able to work in an environment that comply to:-
* Occupational Health and Safety Act
* ISO 9001
* IATF 16949
* ISO 14001
* Basic Conditions of Employment Act

KPA's:-

Comprehensive understanding and ability to compile costings and quotations
Strong ability to convert quotes into newly awarded business
Continuous monitoring and management of accurate stock levels and processed sizes to ensure that customer requirements are met timeously
Receiving and efficiently attending to and resolving of customer complaints/queries
Strong ability to negotiate and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within customer base and market segment
Managing, tracking and expediting customer orders, with the aim to exceed delivery and service expectation
