Meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets (revenue as well as GP targets) Achieve revenue and margin budgets Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty Effectively communicate new products and solutions to customers Assist External Sales Representative with quotes / RFQ / orders Backorder book management Sales order management – process and maintain sales orders in line with company policies Receive RFQs Follow up on quotations Receive and process orders Issuing orders to production Expediting of orders Coordination with production on due dates Grade 12 (with Mathematics - not maths literacy) 3 years technical sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to sell Excellent customer service skills Computer literate MS Excel and Outlook Some technical / mechanical skills (advantageous)
