Our client is looking for an Internal Salesperson to provide service excellence to customers by ensuring all orders are accurately captured, delivered on time, and effectively communicated across departments to meet customer requirements. Matric Computer Literacy Sales & Marketing Diploma (Preferable) Process and confirm orders accurately and timely. Maintain and action daily delivery schedules Notify customers of order delays and provide new due dates. Resolve customer queries within 2 hours. Liaise with planning, production, and logistics departments. Address complaints within 1 week. Maintain high housekeeping standards. Comply with all company quality, safety, and legal procedures. Follow correct procedures for order changes and cancellations. Check stock before placing orders. Submit weekly/monthly stock figures to customers. Manage aged stock weekly. Market Related
