We are looking for a well presented, motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Internal Sales Representative to be Responsible for servicing the needs of a company's existing clients, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team. Process Sales orders and arrange the dispatch and admin of products sold. Process Quotes sent by customers in a timeous fashion so that customer Gets the quotes back promptly. Maintain Client Databases Supply Customer with pricing details and technical information on Products. Promote the companies products and services over and above what the customer requires. Receive, Manage and escalate Customer complaints related to the companies products and Services. Maintain Sales Statistics and records of Sales and Invoices. Provide Administrative support for RFI,s, RFP,s ,RFQ,s and other sales docs Identify Sales leads and escalate them to Ext Reps Work Closely with Ext Reps and act as support. Work closely with and take instruction from Internal sales supervisor Grow sales and attract New Business to the Company. • Grade 12/ Matric • Basic numeracy and literacy skills • Ability to both read and write English and Afrikaans • Previous sales or clerical experience would be an advantage • Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office • Previous experience in Syspro will be an advantage Should you not receive feedback within 2 weeks of submitting your application, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
