- Sales to walk in and telephonic clients
- Customer complaints and queries
- Sourcing of stock
- Receiving and processing orders on Syspro
- Liaise with warehouse regarding stock and deliveries
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12 / Equivalent
- Excellent Syspro knowledge
- 3-5 years experience in similar rol
- Knowledge in steel industry
