Komatsu South Africa is looking for an experienced Parts & Warehouse Interpreter in the construction industry, that can assist with the warehouse function. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2 - 4 years. Executes parts sales Provides advice to the customer Address customer issues, and escalate unresolved issues Executes the parts ordering process Administrates the introduction of new parts into the system Follows up on emergency and backorders Generates Parts Inventory Availability Reports Generates backorder report Executes Parts Returns from customer Prints credit note reports for review by management Plans stock counts in conjunction with management Executes and participates in stock counts Prints stock reports on variances, write-offs/write-ups for review by management Executes general office administration Liase with Debtors regarding account status and initiate cash sale process Comply with Health and Safety requirements and 5s Create quotes and follow up on open quotes Reject Quotes that are no longer valid or required QUALIFICATION: Matric (NQF Level 4) Diploma (Advantage) NQF 6 EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years parts experience and/experience in warehouse SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license SAP experience will be an advantage C1
