The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving pharmacy service excellence, financial sustainability, legal compliance, and staff development to uphold the hospital's commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities will include management of : Quality systems, medication safety protocols, stock targets, financials, assets and people.

Inherent job requirements:

Relevant Degree or diploma
Experience in private healthcare inventory management or relevant pharmacy environment is essential.
Good knowledge of inventory control processes, procedures, and practices.
Proficient working on SAP material management systems.
People management experience.
Basic financial and numeric skills.
Computer proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal skills across all functions.
