Duties and responsibilities include: Managing the investment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality work. Provide strategic direction for investment processes in line with portfolio management. Ensure that all investment activities are compliant and are aligned with the business's objectives. Represent the organization as the spokesperson during investment strategy discussions. Requirements: CA / MBA / CFA Postgraduate degree in Investment Management Minimum 10 years of industry experience and 5 years in multi-management Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
