Summary of Role The Core Operations Manager would manage the day-to-day operations of the companies in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Ireland. This will require working closely with the other members of the global investment, sales, software development and support teams. Given the rapid rate of growth of the company, it is anticipated that the responsibilities of the role would expand rapidly. Primary Responsibilities Core Designing, implementing and monitoring of all business processes, including ensuring the accurate implementation of investment mandates and client instruction via the financial advisers and onto the underlying platforms. Reviewing monthly and quarterly fee reconciliations. Job Specification Focusing on continuous improvement of processes using technology where required. All processes within the organisation are ideally built to be scalable with the minimum of human intervention. Developing trusted relationships with investment platforms. Liaising with representatives and managing the performance of management companies. Managing and leveraging internal resources to ensure effective and efficient operations. Minimising risk and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Qualifications: The successful candidate MUST have an exceptional academic transcript from Matric to the highest qualification
