Join the exciting financial journey as we search for an energetic Investment Solutions Support to bring dynamic vigor to our team As the Investment Solutions Support you will be responsible for the below: Load new business at a client for efficiency. Facilitate communication with clients to enhance product quality, service delivery, and revenue. Ensure prompt handling of client queries. Collaborate with project managers on tech developments. Manage pending applications with internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with service/product providers on administrative matters. Handle portfolio and data capturing. Maintain professional relationships with clients. Oversee and Reg 28 reporting. Review reconciliations between platforms. Support daily trade file submissions for the investment team. Resolve platform-related queries. Streamline processes and automate functions in collaboration with the Investments team. Utilize CRM, BI tools, and databases for client relationship management. Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations. Address client complaints and resolve issues with client products and services.
