Located in the bustling city of Johannesburg, South Africa, we're excited to extend an invitation to join our rapidly growing team. We are currently looking for a highly organized and motivated Invoice Clerk to play a critical role in our financial department. Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process invoices for vehicle sales and services Cross-check invoices against purchase orders and sales records for accuracy Facilitate communication between the Sales and Accounting departments Generate monthly billing statements and reports Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing and payment Perform data entry tasks for accounting and financial transactions Maintain a well-organized filing system for all financial documents Assist in ad-hoc accounting tasks and internal audits as required Requirements Minimum of a High School diploma, further education in accounting or finance is a plus At least 2 years of experience in an invoicing, billing, or clerical role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Basic knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in South Africa Benefits At AUTO24, we believe in nurturing talent, encouraging professional growth, and offering an inclusive work environment.
