ISO Officer - Ladysmith

Reporting to the Quality Manager the successful incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Quality/ISO Department and to contribute to the long-term development of the Quality/ISO Function. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant certifications in ISO: 9001:2015 /similar Quality Management System or equivalent industry experience specific to the position is required. Job Specification Ensure compliance to ISO: 9001:2015. Conduct internal System Audits & issue Non-conformances. (This is in line with ISO9001:2015) Follow-up with respective process owners to ensure non-conformances are closed off. (Both internal and external audits). Preparation for external audits. Liaise and set up external audits (ISO9001:2015, BTTG, Mark 434 (Bi-annually), Ensure all external non-conformances issued are closed off appropriately and timeously. Create and implement QA policies, procedures, work instructions and supportive documents. All internal audits are to be conducted at least twice per yearly cycle, on all Departments. Ensure all Policies and Procedures are up to date. When new procedures are created by the respective Department, these procedures are added to the QMS. Record keeping for all change requests. Review the QMS with relevant HODs every 3 years. Apply Now
