The Person:
- Matric essential.
- Degree/Diploma in IT.
- Min 3 years experience in similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Network and Computer troubleshooting knowledge and skills.
The Job:
- Promptly handle assigned tasks through internal systems
- Provide excellent customer service and teamwork at all times
- Perform basic office support functions and effectively escalate IT related issues to the Helpdesk
- Keep record of IT maintenance to official equipment and ensure maintenance is scheduled and coordinated timeously
- Maintain and update IT sale file as and when equipment is purchased by staff
- Manage all Software licenses and escalate to IT helpdesk
- Keep IT equipment e.g. Tablets, Laptops, Mobile phones, IT hardware/software inventory up-to-date and relevant IT documentation records
- Manage IT office suppliers
- Provide ad-hoc administrative tasks
