Teckwiz is a technical support company . We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT team as a Junior IT Technician / Tech Support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow in the IT field. This role will involve providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and assisting with the maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. A person with positive work ethic, hardworking and willing to learn. Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Install and configure computer systems and software. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment and infrastructure. Assist with technical projects and initiatives as required. Document and track support requests and resolutions. Provide training and guidance to employees on IT systems and software Point of sale (POS) units, tills, ups scanners, computers, servers in admin offices and quick service restaurants. Ensure that all technical requirements are neat in terms of presentation. Grade 12 Qualification Tertiary qualifications in IT Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels. Strong technical skills and troubleshooting abilities to meet deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment. Dependable with excellent work ethics. Some evening or weekend work may be required to support IT projects or maintenance activities.
