Responsibilities Include:
- Understand client & business needs, Capture their requirements, document their specifications and present technical concepts or solutions to the development team.
- Develop business cases to assess process improvement opportunities.
- Improve Business Processes by implementing a clear strategy (Develop and Implement all the tools and techniques).
- Lead Testing Efforts and Conduct End-User training.
- Project Management: Prepare Project Charters, Cost Estimates, Ensure Adherence to budgets, etc.
Education:
- A BCom Informatics Degree
- A Business Analysis Certificate would be an added advantage.
Essential:
- +8 years of experience in a Business / Systems Analyst role.
- Strong experience with Software Development projects in an Agile environment.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in the financial technology (Fintech) industry would be an added advantage.
