Our client, a leading company dedicated to sustainability, seeks a highly qualified IT Compliance Auditor to join their team in Rosebank, Johannesburg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in a global setting, contributing to the company's mission while traveling extensively. About the Role: Conduct comprehensive IT audits across international locations, assessing compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant legislation. Identify and document potential vulnerabilities in global IT infrastructure, recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with international IT teams and stakeholders to implement and monitor IT controls. Stay abreast of evolving IT security threats and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions. Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate audit findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. We are seeking an individual with: Bachelor's degree (Honours preferred) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) credential is mandatory. 2-3 years of experience conducting IT audits at an international auditing firm, specifically in the software development sector. Consulting experience and a strong emphasis on IT external auditing is highly desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant IT security and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) across various regions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to diverse working environments and cultural contexts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and potential additional languages. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
