As an IT Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing basic 1st line support and assisting in the absence of the First-line Team. You will maintain the Active Directory structure in accordance with the Organizational structure and handle troubleshooting and information gathering about problem changes, escalating them to relevant teams. Additionally, you will manage and monitor the company's IT policy to ensure adherence by staff. This role as an IT Helpdesk Administrator will help you stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to IT change management. Requirements: Certificate in Office/Business Administration. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk Administrator role. Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). Knowledge of Business Administration. Knowledge of User management and Change management.
