IT Manager- Hilton, KZN A fantastic opportunity has become available to join an established company based in Hilton. The candidates responsibilities will be to co-ordinate, plan, and lead all computer-related activities in the organization. They will need to help determine the IT needs of the organization and will be responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfil the organization's information systems requirements. The candidate will need to lead, mentor and manage a team of IT technicians and engage with the organisations external suppliers. The role will include some routine SharePoint programming (coding of lists and workflows, PowerApps and Power Automate) as well as solving general IT issues and streamlining processes and systems. Other aspects of the job will include working through queries with clients, preparing quotes, staff training and general project management (scope, planning, design, implementation) and reporting. Requirements: Matric plus a relevant tertiary qualification At least 5 years of experience within the IT industry in a general support role (hardware & software) 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager in a similar environment focusing on system administration and best practice Proven experience in all aspects of SharePoint, including development, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as thorough knowledge of other Microsoft tools Excellent client relationship-building skills Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Exposure to general Cloud computing solutions Able to work under pressure and to deadlines Strong administration and reporting skills.
