* MUST have IT Qualification
* MS Office
* ERP System exp SAP BPM
* Office 365 experience
* Solid knowledge of MPLS
* Vlan configuration
* DMZ's
* Good understanding of vrf's/routing protocols
* Solid knowledge of Network (N+)
* Good understanding of VOIP
* MCP will be an Advantage, but not Mandatory
* Ensure that IT user's a Relevant Companies' Computer
equipment and IT infrastructure/Network perform at
required levels at All times
* Training users on New Systems or Software applications
* Support to users
* Provide 2nd Level Network Support
* Ensuring Backups for Systems are performed
* Maintain/Repair equipment, including Printers &
Scanners
* Managing Service Level Agreements
* Analysing and Assessing
* Helpdesk - Ensure all Calls logged on Help Desk
* Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified Apply Now
