Work on Technical Project Management to lead on the design, development & rollout of technological solutions that supports a global working model operating within cloud programmes including office 365; ensuring successful migration to SharePoint and development of the Office 365 platform. Ensure appropriate IT infrastructure is acquired and deployed to provide IT services while reflecting on the challenges within various locations by leading and delivering digital transformation projects, tools, and solutions. Develop automation solutions for manual systems to improve efficiency and ability to operate in geographical scattered operational and management teams. Ensuring ITIL best practice is at the core of our delivery. The daily objectives of delivering service and software solutions to the business within required quality standards . Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to the following tasks: T ake overall responsibility for the IT service delivery. Ensure successful planning and deployment of Office 365 development programmes. Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan(s) for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and innovative technology initiatives using the company's exclusive methodology and tools. Conduct assessments of corporate culture, performance, and change readiness while leading one or more teams to build and implement digital, data visualizations of our work products for customers. Define prospects for future learning that will allow the application of digital transformational technologies. Understand solutions that will consider these criteria by converting business needs into the corresponding technical requirements. Recognize the full scope of the client's technical environment. Highlight the interpretation and use of analytics and models to a business problem. Inform the customer on industry developments and best practices that will affect them as they navigate the digital world. Control ICT project schedules to ensure that infrastructure improvement plans are completed on time and on budget , according to the project plan. Develop and organizational digital transformation strategy to ensure the is an organizational understanding of digital development with clear objectives and timelines. Take ownership of the ICT polices and ensure they are developed, maintained and implemented to ensure organizational compliance Manage the IT Help Desk to improve customer experience of current systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure that users can adapt to innovative technology and optimal use of software to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the managing of training and practical support Exceed stakeholder expectations through the application of stakeholder and change management disciplines. Display advanced planning & organization skills in a technical environment. Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge on relevant ICT developments and providing strategic direction, recommendations, and guidance. Ensure the cost-effective purchasing of IT hardware, software, and support services. Take responsibility for the construction, monitoring and management of the IT budget Identify funding opportunities for ICT development and support in the development of funding applications R esponsible for IT continuity of service, cyber security , and disaster recovery R esponsible for managing external IT services, suppliers, and provider service levels Maintain self and the team with current IT accreditation as defined in the review process. ATTRIBUTES Strong planning, organiz ation , and monitoring abilities. E xcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. ITIL accreditation and be comfortable driving the ITIL process. E njoy working in an agile fast-paced environment. Understanding of lean principles Integration and risk management Systems analysis and design techniques Quality assurance methodology and Inspections Technical standards and deliverables Previous experience of global transformation is beneficial. A bility to prioritiz e work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations. QUALIFICATION Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years of experience in similar role. Market Related based on experience Apply Now
