Responsible for support, monitoring and security of the group's Wide and Local Area Networks. Investigate and diagnose network problems, and continuously monitor networks to ensure best possible availability and Responsible for support, monitoring and maintenance of the company's firewalls. Responsible for user support, monitoring and maintenance of the company's VPN’s. Ensure ongoing real-time monitoring of networks and related switches. Administer and maintain the Windows Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Certificate in Information Technology or related fields (NQF 5) 10 years’ experience in Information Technology. WAN, LAN, Wifi, Virtualized environments, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft 365 platform, end user support, and general IT systems support
