Reference: BIT002463-MNa-2A client in the medical software industry is looking for an IT Operations and Help Desk Team Leader with experience (non-negotiable and mandatory) in a similar company (medical practice management software for specialist doctors) which will equal to 3 years minimum, as well as playing the lead in the support desk for the practice management software. You will also need to have strong SQL database queries and extracts experience. Qualifications: Matric CompTIA A / CompTIA Network or similar Support centre certifications Degree in Information Systems (preferred) Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar company (medical practice management software for specialist doctors - non-negotiable) SQL Database queries and extracts Software setup, installation and user training MS Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive High level remote monitoring / support / investigation and administration experience Willing to be based in office full time KPA’s: Manage the software help desk call centre Onboard new clients Conduct training sessions for new clients Internal IT Support Ensure support tickets are actioned Provide leadership and guidance Software installation and training Write user manuals POPIA Deputy / Information officer Office network, laptop, and printer support Call centre telephone system maintenance Implement releases / changes on Friday evenings Apply now For more IT jobs, please visit www.networkrecruitment.co.za If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
