**Job Title: IT Operations Specialist**
**Job Description:**
We're looking for someone with deep ITSM knowledge, experience in IT operations, and expertise in PIC processes. The ideal candidate should have AGILE Project Management skills, proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration, and familiarity with license services management.
**Requirements:**
- Deep ITSM knowledge
- Experience in IT operations
- Proficiency in PIC processes
- AGILE Project Management skills
- Windows and Linux OS administration
- Understanding of license services management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification is advantageous
- Minimum 6 years' experience in operations
**Responsibilities:**
- Administering and Monitoring license services for Linux and Windows servers
- Upgrading license services
- Tracking client licenses
- Documenting processes/configurations
- Leading operation meetings
- Coordinating external contractors
- Supporting license suppliers
- Managing incidents, problems, and changes
- Handling IT security issues
- Managing software migration and distribution
- Participating in on-call duty
