My client is looking for an IT Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring uptime on business-critical applications, enforcing security policies, managing license costs and storage, and identifying and implementing strategic solutions to address problematic areas. A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations best practices is essential. Proven track record of running and maintaining enterprise solutions. Experience With AWS or MS Asure is a plus. Ability to deliver in high-pressure situations IE, outages, P1 incidents, deliver on project deadlines, etc. Matric, BSc in Computer Science and relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security, Cisco Certified Network Associate) VCP, MCSE are a plus.
