We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Tableview. Kwena Human Capital is a dynamic mobilisation and employment agency with over 15 years' experience. We specialise in, but are not limited to, providing recruitment solutions to the IT, Technical, Engineering, FMCG, Manufacturing, Finance, and Oil and Gas industries. By staying in touch with international trends and maintaining reputable relationships with government authorities, we are able to offer full turnkey recruitment and mobilisation solutions both locally and internationally. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates / management of own database Searching, screening and short-listing quality candidates Building client relationships Negotiating offers with candidates Delivering the highest levels of quality candidates resulting in customer satisfaction Developing a referral network and demonstrating excellent headhunting skills Responsible for developing and learning technology, as well as market awareness Understanding the business, to provide top calibre resources. Interviewing and shortlisting the potential candidates Keeping track of placements and on-boarding process Minimum of 3 - 5 years Technical IT Recruitment Experience. Capable of working both permanent and contractor roles Must be willing and able to work in the office full-time Must have high attention to detail Ability to work independently Self-motivated and self-driven Proven track record of placement history is required (within Permanent / Contractor verticals) Experience of developing, improving and delivering an IT recruitment service in a changing environment, leading others to deliver. Able to handle working in a pressurised environment
