As a Retail Sales and Merchandiser, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring effective product merchandising and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining store displays, managing inventory, assisting customers with product information, and driving sales through proactive engagement. MUST HAVE IT EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE Responsibilities: Assist in general support of the sales team in overflow situations Offer assistance to customers to find the best products/services for their needs; Stay up to date on all products and services offered; Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level Engage customers in a professional manner Occasional channel market visits to check on merchandising disciplines and to offer training Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues; Act as lead account person for all day-to-day operational issues for selected Key account/s. MUST HAVE IT EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE Key Skills and knowledge: Merchandising Customer Service Sales Promotion Product Knowledge Team Collaboration MUST HAVE IT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 2-3 Years Previous experience in retail sales and merchandising is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Excellent communication skills
