Our client has a IT Support Internship opportunity available at there Phillipi, Cape Town branch, · Assist in managing help desk calls, scheduling appointments, and handling tickets.· Work closely with the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of user issues.· Provide basic support to end-users to minimize service delays for simple technical problems.· Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues.· Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient IT infrastructure.· Assist in the maintenance of IT standards and documentation· Collaborate with the team to update and create documentation for IT processes and procedures. · Grade 12· Diploma in IT Infrastructure,· Candidate must be recently qualified and unemployed· Candidate must have zero work experience, Liezel Harrington
