IT Support Manager - Johannesburg
The IT Support Manager will plan, perform, manage, implement and maintain IT and Network infrastructure that is line with the strategic goals of the Institution. Main job function The candidate must display an enthusiasm for, and a working knowledge of, a wide range of information technology, ranging from programming, networking, software, security and hardware. Experience setting up computer systems and constructing networks, project management, maintenance and asset control in a professional environment is also essential as are problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience. The ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations. A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality is required. A background in audio and video technical environments using AVID Pro Tools and Media Composer software, systems and musicianship of a musical instrument will be beneficial. Qualifications Honors Degree required (IT or similar) Experience/Criteria 4 years experience in IT Support / Network Management Moodle (LMS) Various Servers for Information Systems and Audio and Video Systems AVID software and hardware (Pro Tools and Media Composer) A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
