Minimum requirements:

A minimum of three years of experience in computer troubleshooting or a similar technical field
Proficient in Microsoft technologies
Familiarity with cloud services, particularly: MS Office 365 - SharePoint
ITIL Foundation Certification , or qualification in any IT related field
Good Communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
