They are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to their clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, networking and software issues, maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in various systems. Assist with the setup and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings and presentations. Maintain documentation of support activities, IT assets, and procedures. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives to improve IT services. Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols. 2 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role. Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
