Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, MS Server, and Office 365 environments. Configure and support networking components such as Ubiquity Unifi networks, Mikrotik devices, and VoIP PBX systems. Perform desktop support including Windows troubleshooting, application installations, and email configuration. Handle general networking tasks including WiFi configuration, routers, VLANs, and managed switches. Maintain professionalism and meet client SLAs under pressure. Candidate Profile: Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in a similar IT support role. Proficiency in Microsoft client/desktop and server environments. Competent networking skills including IP printers, IP-based devices, WiFi APs, routers, switches, and VLANs. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Cloud & Desktop environments and IP PBX systems. Articulate, professional, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team. Must reside in KwaZulu-Natal and possess a valid driver's license. Additional Requirements: Own transportation required for office-based work in Kloof. Availability for Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm shifts.
