Personal Development and training - Training attended and exams completed for passed: Selected training as per CDP Plan, and as approved and contracted by HR. Ticket SLA Management - ≥ 95% of every month's tickets to be completed within the agreed SLA. IT SLA's overall per Annum - Technical Team SLA Performance over the period of evaluation; BIT performance, Uptime and Recovery BIT Tickets SLA IT Service Level Performance Review – Internal IT Department Tickets Disaster Recovery (DR) Survey IT Service Delivery Survey IT Climate index - The overall index of the IT Climate survey that will be submitted bi-annually by executive management. Requirements 5 year experience in server, workstation, associated O/S & advanced application support essential Grade 12 Diploma/Degree in IT, System Engineer or related.
