It Technician Internship Table View - Table View

We have an opportunity for an IT Technician intern. Ideally, the candidate should: live within the Table View community or immediate surrounds, with reliable transportation to and from work. The internship is salaried with the possibility of becoming a full-time position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge practically, thereby upskilling themselves. Deliver services and support to existing client base Resolve end-user related Incidents and keep accurate records for billing purposes Ensure Service Delivery within SLA criteria, to resolve and escalate where required Document technical knowledge articles Ensure all business requests are delivered in the most cost effective and timeous way Continuous improvement to meet the level of required efficiencies and agreed SLA (processes, systems, delivery) Perform Proactive end-user machine maintenance and upgrades Effective administration of incidents, requests, and problem related requirements Provide related service feedback to management Work hours are Monday to Friday (08H00 to 17H00) Minimum Preferred Qualification Matric A, N Speak English and Afrikaans Valid Driver's License Skills Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills both written and spoken Excellent Interpersonal skills Good organizational and time management skills Experience Required Windows 10 & 11 Office 365 Understanding of IT hardware Understanding of networking Personal Attributes Attention to Detail Holistic and Logical Thinking Disciplined
