Job Title : Italian Speaking Claims Handler (Insurance) Start Date : Flexible Location : Cape Town Job Type : Full Time | On-site Salary : R19 000 per month Benefits Requirements Fluent in Italian and English Matric or higher Must be able to work in shifts including some week-ends and some evening/night shifts. South African Citizen/Permanent Residency Holder Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage Competent computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools Benefits Salary: R19 000 (Base) Company Health and Accident Insurance Medical Aid: Discovery Health - Plan: Classic Smart R2 200 from the start of the contract (/- 7 days) Pension Annuity: 10% after 6 months of employment (On top of base pay) 21 days of leave Parking Bonus paid out quarterly that is dependant on your performance Responsibilities Communicate over the phone and via email with policyholders, a worldwide network of medical providers and our colleagues around the world Coordinate logistic arrangements locally and internationally to assist policyholders in medical or difficult travel situations Work closely with medical professionals internally and externally About the Company Our client is one of the world’s leading companies in the fields of medical assistance, travel assistance and insurance claims handling.
