Costing, generating, and reviewing quotes, and advising on deviations. Managing emails and communication effectively. Handling phone inquiries and driving sales. Evaluating technical bids and proposals. Sizing and identifying valves for projects. Preparing tender documents to required standards. Analyzing and managing projects to ensure timely completion. Ensuring quality control plans and coordinating with suppliers. Loading sales orders onto Navision and verifying costs. Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and maintaining communication. Promoting products, meeting sales targets, and coordinating dispatches. Handling general office admin, supporting the external team, and following up on leads. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities. R 25 000 - R 30 000 - Monthly plus including provident fund
