Reference: HQ000832-JG-1 Our client in the fire safety services industry is currently looking for a Junior Internal Sales (Junior Telesales Consultant) that is required to assist with all customer enquiries related to selling their safety products. Position: Junior Telesales Consultant Location: Gauteng (Boksburg) Job Type: Permanent Job Summary: Our Junior Sales Consultant is required to maintain relationships with existing customers, investigating underperforming customers and report any concerns for follow-up. Internal sales are also responsible for proactive sales drives. Minimum Qualification Requirements: Matriculated 5 years Sales Experience. Proven successful sales and customer service track record. Fire industry experience would be advantageous. Roles and Responsibilities Internal Sales Consistent meeting & exceeding of sales targets. Sales orders Quotations Incoming & Outgoing calls Driving sales & market share by promoting products and brands to new customers Quotation Follow ups. Managing Underperforming customers In conjunction with sales team, achieve monthly sales targets and activity ratios Prepare and follow up quotations for new customers. Create sales orders for orders received from new customers. Manage underperforming customers. Weekly route calls to customers Run product drives. Upselling of range to existing and new customers. Customer Service Ensuring superior standards of customer service Continuously striving for customer service excellence Develop professional work relationships with existing and new customers. Achieve zero tolerance service standards. Report all concerns/problems with regards to service delivery and customer complaints. Escalate warranties and non-conformances and ensure it's been dealt with. Call customers in advance to ensure repeat business. Assist customer with enquiries or revert to correct contact person. Reports Accurate reporting of sales activities & Quotations & Customer underperformance Complete reports as requested by Management. Ensure quotations are followed up and feedback given in time. Ensure correct information is provided and loaded for underperforming customers and give feedback. Environmental Health and Safety Abiding by EH & S policy & principles Comply with health and safety regulations General Task specific Conduct any ad hoc tasks as requested by Management R 8 000 - R 10 000 - Monthly
