Menzi Financial Solutions We are looking to hire a self-driven Debt Admin Agent to join our team. As a Debt Admin Agent you will contact debtors and negotiate payment on defaulted accounts, while creating a scene of urgency on the payment thereof. Ensuring high level collections at all times. Tasks and responsibilities · Plan and track course of action to recover owed money. · Locate and contact debtors. · Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans. · Handle customer’s questions and complaints. · Training will be provided. Requirements · Grade 12/ Matric. · Must have 1-2 year’s experience within a call center. Preferably. · Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal). · No criminal record. · Must be communicative with people. · Bilingual. Preferably. · Strong admin skills. · Good knowledge of MS office and databases. · Valid driver’s license. · Excalibur Knowledge. Preferably Job type: Temp to Permanent.
