The ideal candidate will be able to manage various communication tasks efficiently and ensure seamless coordination of appointments. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. As a Virtual Assistant based in London, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our communication and scheduling activities. The position offers the flexibility of working remotely while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Answer queries, provide information, and handle customer inquiries with excellent service. Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups. Ensure calendars are updated and conflicts are avoided. Communication: Handle emails and other forms of communication related to appointment scheduling. Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams. Reminders and Confirmations: Send reminders for upcoming appointments and confirm scheduled meetings. Ensure all parties are informed and prepared. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and communications. Ensure all information is properly documented and accessible. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and to confirm the status of scheduled appointments. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
