SALES AGENTS X 6 Financial ServicesCape Town – Century City R10 000 – R15 000 CTC uncapped commission We are seeking 6 sales agents who will be specializing in cross selling financial products (training provided). You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with potential clients. They conduct needs assessments, present various financial products, and address client inquiries and objections to close sales. BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION•Prospect and cold call potential clients cross sell financial products •Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective lead generation techniques.•Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the financial goals and requirements of clients.•Present and explain various financial products •Provide accurate and clear information regarding terms, conditions, and benefits of financial products.•Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.•Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and close sales.•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.•Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting financial products.•Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.•Uphold compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing the sale of financial products.•Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.•Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times, fostering trust and credibility with clients.REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS•Matric•At least 3 years job-related experience•Knowledge of an Asset finance and Trade Finance is advantageous•Good communication skills•Clear criminal recordShould you meet the above requirements, please upload your CV to our website www.hslabour.co.za.
