If you come with a relevant financial qualification and 3 years’ experience on the full financial accounting function, apply today You as the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:Ensure that the proper procedures are followed when completing documents, submissions and payments. This should also be done on timeEnsure that daily financial records are kept accurately and safeYou will be processing accounting transactions and pull reports to ensure that all accounts are reconciled correctlyYou will assist with Bank Reconciliation and administrationYou will assist with Cashbook and credit card processingYou will assist with Journal entries and General Ledger maintenanceNeed to maintain a good filing system and archiving at all times Skills & Experience: Knowledge of accounting will be a prerequisiteMinimum 2 years of experience in AccountingComputer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate level) and OutlookThe ability to work under pressureExcellent Communication skillsAbility to perform calculations and prepare detailed reports Qualification:MatricRelevant accounting qualification Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF018079.
